IS IT RIGHT FOR ME?

Our  therapists CAN provide a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs or those of your family and determine if Families Foremost Mental Health & Wellness Center is the right fit for you. This call offers a chance to share your concerns briefly and ask any questions about our services and the therapeutic process.

How long is therapy and does it work?

T he duration of therapy depends on each individual & family and the concerns being addressed. While some individuals & families may benefit from just a few sessions, others may require ongoing support.  Together , we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

How can I help my loved one as they get therapy?

During the initial therapy sessions, your therapist will take the time to understand you, your story, and help you explore your personal therapy goals. As you begin your counseling journey, we will focus on your unique needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

In some cases, our therapists may first meet with parents alone to discuss presenting concerns, therapy goals, family and social history, and any questions they may have about their child’s needs or our services. This also provides an opportunity to explain our therapeutic approaches and specific interventions.

Family therapy sessions may sometimes be recommended, offering a valuable and rewarding experience. We strongly believe in parental involvement and encourage at least one parent meeting per month, as well as family sessions as needed.
